Mofo Orange Habanero Sidecar

50mL Apricot Brandy
50mL Cognac
15mL lemon juice
1 + 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
1/2 tsp Mofo Orange Habanero Hot Sauce
1 dried apricot
Lime wedge
Sugar to coat rim of glass

Rub the rim of a Martini glass with the lime wedge and dip the glass into the sugar.
Set glass aside with the dried apricot, ready for garnish.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and the remaining ingredients.
Shake vigorously.
Strain and pour in the glass.
Garnish with the dried apricot.
Serve immediately.
