- 50mL Apricot Brandy
- 50mL Cognac
- 15mL lemon juice
- 1 + 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
- 1/2 tsp Mofo Orange Habanero Hot Sauce
- 1 dried apricot
- Lime wedge
- Sugar to coat rim of glass
- Rub the rim of a Martini glass with the lime wedge and dip the glass into the sugar.
- Set glass aside with the dried apricot, ready for garnish.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and the remaining ingredients.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain and pour in the glass.
- Garnish with the dried apricot.
- Serve immediately.
