Mofo Orange Habanero Sidecar

  • 50mL Apricot Brandy
  • 50mL Cognac
  • 15mL lemon juice
  • 1 + 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Mofo Orange Habanero Hot Sauce
  • 1 dried apricot
  • Lime wedge
  • Sugar to coat rim of glass
  • Rub the rim of a Martini glass with the lime wedge and dip the glass into the sugar.
  • Set glass aside with the dried apricot, ready for garnish.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and the remaining ingredients.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Strain and pour in the glass.
  • Garnish with the dried apricot.
  • Serve immediately.
