Margharita with Mofo Sauce recipe

Mofo XXX Reaper and Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients
Method

240mL Tequila Blanco
60mL Cointreau
125 mL Fresh squeezed lime juice
125mL Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Mofo XXX Reaper Hot Sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 lime cut in wedges

Rub the rims of 4 Martini glasses with the lime wedges and dip them into the salt.
Set the glasses aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and all of the remaining ingredients.
Shake it like your about to pour yourself a bloody good cocktail.
Strain and pour into your glasses.
Serve immediately.
