Oysters kilpatrick with chipotle bbq

  • 2 dozen oysters
  • 200g streaky bacon
  • 2 tbspn worcestshire sauce
  • 4 tbspn Mofo BBQ Chipotle hot sauce
  • 1 tbspn tomato ketchup
  • lemon juice to taste
  • salt to taste

Shuck and clean the oysters. Arrange on a try so they wont fall over or slide around. Chop the streaky bacon small enough that it will crisp up under the grill. Combine all the other ingredients and season to taste. Evenly spread out the bacon on top of the oysters. Spoon over the sauce mix and put under the grill for roughly 8 minutes. Keep a close eye on them as all grills are different. Once cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice over them and serve.
